Like all companies we have a few terms and conditions which are there to protect you and us so please read through them carefully. If after reading through our terms and conditions there is anything you do not agree with may we suggest you find a more suitable provider.

Throughout A Weller Design website there are various external links to other websites. A Weller Design are not affiliated unless stated with any of these sites and will not be responsible for any problems you may have while viewing or downloading any files from these websites.

Copyright Issues

If you provide us with textual and graphical content for website designs A Weller Design will not be liable for any copyright issues where you have not been given full written permission from the authors to publish their work this includes photographs and written content.

Domain Name registration

With all services we will register your domain for you. Depending on the prefix you have chosen this is free for the first two years. In all cases before the end of this period you will be invoiced 6 weeks before the due renewal date. We will send two reminders if after this period you have not renewed your domain name registration fee all services attached to this domain will be cancelled.

Hosting

Our Windows and Linux shared hosting servers are with Namesco Ltd who are based in Worcester. They are one of the leading companies providing dedicated hosting services and have been established for more than 15 years.

It's very unlikely they should cease trading overnight but if this did happen we can not offer any refunds. Obviously this will affect our own services and we will try to find a suitable replacement within 48 hours.

Hosting Usage

We are open to the type of sites you may wish to host with us but we will not allow the following websites. Porn of any nature, sites with extreme violence, Child Abuse and any site that might be harmful to other companies reputation. If we do find or receive a valid complaint your site and contract will be cancelled immediately with no refund.

Prices

We constantly monitor and try to improve our services to give our clients the very best service available. However this sometimes needs to be reflected in our prices. We reserve the right at all times to change our prices without notice.

Payment

Payments can be made by cheque or secure online payment using PayPal. Website design plans require a 25% Non-refundable deposit before work will commence on your site and full payment before publishing. Hosting plans will not be setup until we have received full payment.

Delay Charges

All our prices are based on the time it takes us to take your new website from the design stage to publishing the live site.

During this process we may request further content from you to complete your site. If after five working days of our request you have not provided us with the material to complete your site you will be charge £35 per day to your final invoice.

If after 4 weeks we have still not received the material we requested any contracts we have with you will be terminated and any deposits paid will be lost. We may also take legal action to retrieve money owing to us.

If during 30 days of your purchase you are not entirely happy with your service we will give a complete refund excluding domain names purchase.
